1. Getting Started

• Create an account: Sign up with your Gmail address and verify the 6-digit code we email you.
• Create a wallet: A Solana wallet is generated in your browser. Write down the 12-word seed phrase and keep it offline — it is the only way to recover your wallet.
• Or connect an existing wallet: Phantom, Solflare, Backpack and OKX are supported.
• Fund your wallet: Send SOL to your deposit address. You need SOL for trading and network fees.

2. Pulse — Token Discovery

Pulse streams live Solana market data into three lifecycle columns:

• New Mints — freshly launched, low market-cap tokens.
• Final Stretch — small-caps gaining momentum.
• Migrated — established pairs with deeper liquidity.

Set filters (min liquidity, volume, holders) to cut noise. Each row has a lightning Quick Buy button that buys using the per-column SOL amount shown in the column header — edit it to match your sizing.

3. Trading & Swap

The Swap tab routes through Jupiter across all major Solana DEXs. Before trading, open the gear icon:

• Slippage tolerance — 0.5–3% for established tokens; up to 5%+ for thin new launches.
• Priority fee — Fast / Turbo / Ultra. Higher fees land faster during congestion.
• Jito tip — optional bribe for priority block inclusion.
• MEV protection — routes to reduce sandwich-attack risk on buys.

4. Limit Orders

Limit orders watch the market and alert you when triggered:

• Buy limit — fills when price drops to your target.
• Sell limit / Take profit — triggers when price rises to your target.
• Stop loss — triggers when price falls below your level.
• Orders auto-expire after 30 days and can be cancelled any time from the Open Orders tab.

5. Portfolio

Track holdings, allocation pie chart and portfolio value history. The On-chain tab of Recent Transactions shows real deposits, sends and swaps pulled straight from the Solana blockchain, each linking to Solscan.

6. Security Best Practices

• Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone.
• Vortex will never ask for your seed phrase via email, Telegram or support.
• Use a dedicated trading wallet separate from long-term holdings.
• Always verify token contract addresses before buying — memecoins are high risk.

1. What We Collect

• Account data: email address, display name, hashed password (salted SHA-256 — we never store plain passwords).
• Public wallet address associated with your account.
• Usage telemetry: events such as logins and feature usage, including IP address, used for security monitoring and abuse prevention.

2. What We Never Collect

Vortex does not require or store your seed phrase to operate your account. Your wallet keys are encrypted locally in your browser with your password. We do not sell personal data.

3. Third-Party Services

The Platform queries public third-party APIs (e.g., Jupiter, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, Solana RPC) to fetch market data and submit transactions. Your public wallet address and transaction intents are processed by these services when you trade. Their own policies apply to their processing.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Account records persist until you request deletion. Contact support to delete your account data.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage (not tracking cookies) to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as slippage and theme.
